Free 12 Week Weight Loss Course run by Stevenage Football Club Foundation in Partnership with Watford Football Club Community Trust. ‘Shape Up’ is funded by Public Health Herts and has been running across Hertfordshire since 2014.
Entry Criteria: Hertfordshire resident, Body Mass Index of 30+, BMI above 27.5 for BAME patients – some courses are restricted to either female or male participants.
