Phone Lines – Recall Hour

Please note as from Monday 19th October 2020 the surgery will be trialling a dedicated hour on the phone lines for the booking of our patient reviews and recalls, based on patient feedback and the recent demand in telephone contact

Please can we ask that if you have not received a text message from the practice asking you to call between the hours of 3:00pm until 4:00pm and your query is non urgent, that you hang up and contact us via our website or alternatively call us out of the above hours.

We do hope this structured system allows our telephone queuing times to reduce, therefore allowing your calls to be answered at a more efficient pace in order for you to access the care you need.

To those patients who have been asked to contact us between these times, please make contact and a care navigator will be happy to book you in to the appropriate clinic as advised by your text message.
