We have eight part-time receptionists.
These are the first members of the primary health care team you will meet, either on the telephone or at the surgery; they are fully trained to do a difficult job.
Please remember that if you seem to be kept waiting or are asked one or two irritating questions they are only carrying out our policy which is aimed at making the practice run as smoothly as possible.
They have to judge the urgency of your request, so please try to give them the necessary information.

District Nurses
We have a team of community district nurses who provide shared care for our patients who are unable to attend the surgery.
Health Visitor
The Hertford & Ware health visitors are based at Hertford County Hospital and can be contacted by telephoning 01992 823270.
They will be pleased to help and advise on all child health matters.
